Anti-inflamatory Juice

Started my Saturday morning with this 32oz of this juicy goodness. It's so delicious, refreshing and packed with plenty of health benefits especially anti-inflamation.

Recipe:

2-3 grapfruits

Half pineapple

1 big knob ginger

1-2 knobs tumeric

Juice them up and enjoy.
